SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio police said a suspected prostitute was running a website as a front to meet up with customers for sex.
Through her website, members got more than a show with the suspect, who stands at only 3 feet tall, police said.
Jessica Cantu calls herself "Tiny Starr" and says she did not break the law. Cantu says she is proud of her body size and was simply showing it off for cash on the web.
But vice detectives say she was selling more than that.
"Undercover went in [her home]," said Barny Whitson, a vice detective. "She offered sex for money."
But Cantu tells KENS 5 a different story. "There was no money exchanged. No talk about sex," she said. "If a client wants to see us in person then that's up to us. If guys have a fetish for a little person they can go to my website," she said.
Undercover SAPD detectives say the investigation took three months to pull off.
Cantu never did see a jail cell. She was released from the magistrate's office on a personal recognizance bond.
Cantu says she has no plans to stop running her website.
